Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't working, we'll make it right.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@synappse.me. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be made via email to hello@synappse.me
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Exceptions
We generally do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months of service already used
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original charge without extenuating circumstances
